Chalcedony (purple)

Purple/Lavender Chalcedony, sometimes known as the 'Purple Grape Agate' is coloured by trace elements of Manganese or Iron Oxide. Some purple Chalcedonys have light banding dendrites or other inclusions. Helps people get rid of unwanted things in one's life; aids in avoiding messy emotional involvements which cause distress. Is thought to absorb negative energy and dissipate it so that it doesn't move on to another person.
