All of the stock listed on our website has been chosen for quality and attractiveness. We undertake to ensure that each of our tumble stones, crystals, or gemstones are of a suitable standard and will not disappoint the customer.

All of the photographs used to describe our goods are intended to give an accurate representation of the item for sale but are subject to photographic limitations and the differences between computer screens and settings and natural variances. Please note that in some cases, due to the nature of the products sold sizes listed and items shown are a 'typical' sample; size, shape, and colour may vary, but you the customer will always receive an item of the same quality as that pictured.

Booking and cancellation of appointments and training.

​

All appointments and training/workshops are deemed confirmed at the time of confirmed payment through our website.  Appointments/spaces cannot be held before purchase and are only confirmed upon full payment.

Appointments/ training workshops can only be moved or changed with written confirmation from ourselves and any missed/cancelled appointments may be charged in full and without refund.

If you wish to cancel your appointment the request must be made in writing no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Covid 19 Requirements for In-person Services

​

We are following the guidelines provided by both the government and our regulatory bodies when returning to face-to-face services. To keep yourself, colleagues, and any visitors protected from coronavirus, these are the actions that you must follow when attending an in-person service.

Please ensure that you also keep up to date with the latest government COVID-19 guidelines.

If you are showing any symptoms of coronavirus, then you must notify Jules Healing Gems, and you cannot attend your service booked. If you cancel due to COVID-19, your place will be held for a maximum of 14 days for you to reschedule your service.

Social Distancing Except for practical work please stay 2m apart, paying particular care around doorways.

Face coverings If you would feel more comfortable wearing a face covering throughout the day, please do so. We are happy to wear a face mask if requested.

 

Order Placement and Location

 Any orders found to be in breach of our terms and conditions will be canceled without liability or notice.

Please ensure that you have read and understood our Shipping and returns section before placing your order.

Gift Cards

​

We only accept gift cards issued by ourselves and these have a 24-month expiry date from purchase. Gift cards are subject to cancelation without notice whereupon a refund of the remaining balance may be returned to the original payment provided.
